Get ready for blues that you can sho’ nuff use, as Quincy, IL,Tri-States, & surrounding areas celebrate “Blues In The District!”

Be a part of Tradition as the Gem City celebrates the 22nd season of The District’s, Blues in the District Concert Series!

Just in case you want to plan your 1-Tank Trip getaway to the Tri-States area anytime in the summer months on this year, here is a glance of the Blues in the District summer lined up as follows:

-June 14th | Harper and Midwest Kind
-June 28th | Amanda Fish
-July 12th | Ivas John
-July 26th | Mary Jo Curry
-August 9th | Brother Jefferson Band
-August 23rd | Marquise Knox

The free concert series is presented by Blessing Health System and runs from 5:30pm to 9:30pm in Quincy’s Washington Park every 2nd & 4th Friday (during the Summer months).

The District is a non-profit organization with the mission of promoting, revitalizing and preserving Quincy’s Historic Business District through broad-based community support, including both public and private partnerships. The District extends from Front Street to Twelfth Street, and Broadway to State Streets.
