117th Annual Metamora Old Settlers Days

“The Summer Season is finally here!”

On this day, we are showing the city of Metamora, IL some love and help spread the word on their big Summer event!

The Old Settlers Days summer festival has been held in Metamora since 1901; that’s over a hundred years of partying! Originally a one-day picnic, this event has evolved into a multi-day festival with live music, sizzling food, and carnival rides and games.

Here is a list of scheduled events as follows:

Wednesday, June 21st:
Live Music: Luke Maurer & the Drifters, 7pm-10pm
Carnival Rides: 5:30pm-10pm

Thursday, June 22nd:
Live Music: The Haybilly’s featuring Billy Vancil, 7pm-10pm
Carnival Rides: 5:30pm-10pm

Friday, June 23rd:
Live Music: Joe Stamm Band, 7pm-10pm
Carnival Rides: 12noon-10pm (rides shut down 5pm-6pm)
All you can ride wrist bands from 12noon-5pm, $16 each
Free Kids Tent (Crafts and Raffles) from 1pm-4pm, ages 15 and younger
Barnyard Discoveries, 2pm-4pm (free admission)

Saturday, June 24th:
Lincoln Douglas Race at 7:30am, contact [email protected] for a registration form
Old Settler’s Parade at 10am
Carnival Rides: 12noon-10pm (rides shut down 5pm-6pm)
All you can ride wrist bands from 12noon-5pm, $16 each
Merilee Studios Performance from 12noon-1pm
Free Kids Tent (Crafts and Raffles) from 1pm-4pm, ages 15 and younger
Live Music: Jake Maurer, 7pm-10pm

Ticket Prices:
Advance Ticket: 5 tickets for $9
Regular Ticket: 1 ticket for $2.50
Ticket Strip: 10 tickets for $22
