The first day of school is just more than under a month away for Peoria District 150, and online registration is now available. But, if you’d prefer to register in person, there are several events coming up.

Kellar Primary, Peoria High, Harrison Community Learning Center, and Glen Oak Community Learning Center will host three “registration hubs” this month and next.

*Thursday, July 25th, 2019, 9am – 6pm
*Wednesday, August 7th, 2019, 9am – 6pm
*Saturday, August 10th, 2019, 9am – 3pm

According to WEEK-TV, there are special requirements for students entering kindergarten, 6th, 9th, and 12th grades, including vaccinations. School officials say the earlier you get them taken care of the smoother your child’s school year will start.

“We do accept 30 day appointments so we do want those students to come to school and we’ll work with them as far as their appointment goes and make sure that they get that done so they can be in school on day one,” PPS registered nurse Jill Howell said.
