Just in case you didn’t hear about or you missed the news, the price of stamps and some Postal rates will be going up.
The United States Postal Service will hike the price of postage stamps from 50 cents to 55 cents. The increase is a 2.5 percent increase.
According to WAND-TV, the increase will also impact flat-rate boxes and envelopes sold by the agency and other shipping and mailing services.
Letters will be the only thing lowering in price. Letters that weigh more than an ounce will drop in price from $.21 to $.15.
If you will be mailing post cards, post card rates will stay the same.
