Get Ready, Quincy, IL & Tri-States area for “Blues In The District!”

Be a part of Tradition as the Gem City celebrates the 21st season of The District’s Blues in the District Concert Series!

According to KHQA-TV and The District Quincy website, Bruce Guthrie, Executive Director The District says,

“We are very excited about this year’s Blues season. We have a great line-up of bands that will be coming in and some wonderful vendors and sponsors this year. We are looking forward to seeing all of our friends back in the park for a great summer of Blues music.”

Just in case you want to plan your 1-Tank Trip getaway to the Tri-States area, here is a glance of the Blues in the District summer lined up:
June 8th – Coyote Bill
June 22nd – James Armstrong
July 13th – local Quincy IL band Soul Shaker
July 27th -Travis Reid Band
August 10th-Eric Jerardi Band
August 24th-Ken Valdez

The free concert series is presented by Blessing Health System and runs from 5:30pm to 9:30pm in Quincy’s Washington Park every 2nd & 4th Friday (during the Summer months).
