According to Nationwide’s Health of Housing Markets and WICS-TV, a report has new research showing that Springfield, IL, was ranked 3rd in the top 10 list of the U.S. housing markets.

This recent report, was an update for the Data of 2017 Quarter Four (4).

This result means that the city of Springfield, IL, has very healthy housing fundamentals that will likely be sustainable over the next year.

This housing market ranking uses health indicators including employment, demographics, mortgage market, and house prices.
