WVEL Summer/Travel Watch: Oglesby Summer Fun Fest

The area’s best summer celebration is back in 2016!

The area’s most family-friendly festival in North Central Illinois, Oglesby’s Summer Fun Fest, is here!

There’s a good mix of old favorites and new attractions you’re going to not want to miss.

New this year is Illinois Valley Community Hospital’s Honor Our Heroes parade, which is shaping up to the be the area’s largest parade in just its first year. The parade will kickoff festivities on Sunday, July 10th at 12noon.
Even though this Summer Fun Fest started on Thursday, July 7th, you can still find out about all of the attractions on the Schedule of Events (also listed below):
