Old Settler’s Days is a 100-year old summer carnival complete with a parade, amusement rides, local vendors, live music, and sizzling food!

This summer festival has been held in Metamora, IL since 1901; that’s over a hundred years of partying!

Originally a one-day picnic, Old Settler’s Days has evolved into a multi-day festival with live music, sizzling food, and carnival rides, and games.

2016 Old Settler’s Days will be held on June 22nd through June 25th in Metamora, IL; here is a list of what will be happening on these dates:

Wednesday, June 22nd-
Live Music: Tasji Bachman, 7pm-10pm
Carnival Rides: 5:30pm-10pm
Free Raffle Drawing: 9pm

Thursday, June 23rd-
Live Music:The Smokers Blues Band, 7pm-10pm
Carnival Rides: 5:30pm-10pm
Free Raffle Drawing: 9pm

Friday, June 24th-
Live Music: Hickory Bend Band, 7pm-10pm
Carnival Rides: 12noon-10pm (rides shut down 5pm-6pm)
All you can ride wrist bands from 12noon-5pm, $15.00 each
Free Kids Tent (Crafts and Raffles) from 1pm-4pm, ages 15 and younger
Free Raffle Drawing: 9pm

Saturday, June 25th-
Lincoln Douglas Race at 7:30am, contact [email protected] for a registration form
Old Settler’s Parade at 10am
Carnival Rides: 12noon-10pm (rides shut down 5pm-6pm)
All you can ride wrist bands from 12noon-5pm, $15.00 each
Merilee Studios Performance from 12noon-1pm
Free Kids Tent (Crafts and Raffles) from 1pm-4pm, ages 15 and younger
Free Barnyard Discoveries Petting Zoo from 2pm-4pm
Live Music: The Outpatients, 7pm-10pm
Free Raffle Drawing: 9pm

Ticket Prices:
Advance Ticket: 5 tickets for $9
Regular Ticket: 1 ticket for $2.50
Ticket Strip: 10 tickets for $22
