Randy’s Recipe: Super Burger Bites
Beverages, check. Ice, check. Television, check. Super burger bites, check!
Today’s recipe is super snack like no other, super burger bites. In my many travels, I know I have stopped at either a White Castle or Krystal restaurant hundreds of times and got myself some great mini-burgers (sliders).
Now you can make this super entree in your own kitchen for Super Bowl or any occasion.
More on this recipe right here…….
Ingredients for Super Burger Bites:
- 1 pound of ground beef chuck
- 1 8 oz package of shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise (salad dressing-optional)
- 1 1 oz- package dry onion soup mix
- 24 dinner rolls (2″ square; split)
Cooking directions for Super Burger Bites:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, thoroughly mix ground beef chuck, Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise and dry onion soup mix.
- Spread even amounts of the ground beef onto the bottom half of each roll. Place top halves on, forming little sandwiches. If you purchased the rolls in aluminum foil pans, you may return them to the same pan for baking. Otherwise, place them on a baking sheet or baking pan. Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes in the preheated oven, or until meat is cooked through.
Now you can have the White Castle or Krystal taste in your own home. Make sure the red carpet is rolled out for me if you please; much obliged. Happy eating!
